Mount Harrison stands at 9,265 feet and is the northern most peak of the Albion Mountains.
The peak is very visible from the valley and the receives a large amount of snow from the range. The Sawtooth Forest Service owns a two-story lookout post at the peak. It was established in the 1930’s and updated in 1977. The lookout is open to visitors on the weekends during the summer. Views can stretch to 100 miles in all directions – into Utah, Nevada and north into Idaho.
The paved access road is open after July 1.
