Cloverleaf Creamery uses old-fashioned techniques to bottle healthy, all-natural milk

Bill Stoltzfus has been in the dairy business since the early 70’s. He continues to raise an award winning herd of pedigree holsteins and on this farm, they are treated like family. Each cow has a name and is treated with love. They may be nationally known for their humane dairy operations, but their ice cream and milk are a crowd favorite.

The creamery is a must stop on the Thousand Springs Scenic Byway. Everyone needs to taste their all natural, homemade ice cream at least once in their lives. Cloverleaf Creamery has about 16 flavors of ice cream and the creamiest chocolate milk. Products are available at in Buhl, Twin Falls, Whole Foods, several places in Boise and at several other retailers.
