Clear Springs Foods is the world’s largest trout farm. The farm was recently purchased, but they raise more than 20 million pounds of rainbow trout each year. They also conduct research, product development, manufacturing fish feed, processing and marketing specialty products.

The viewing pool is currently closed. The website offers recipes and lesson plans for teachers.
