The Twin Falls Country Fair and Magic Valley Stampede roars into town from Aug. 30-Sept. 4. Here’s your chance to make the most of the live music, rodeos, competitions, and — of course — fair food and thrilling rides. Here’s what you won’t want to miss.


All-Star Monster Truck Tour. 7 p.m. Aug. 30 in the Shouse Arena. Experience the best in high-flying monster truck action! Take a ride in a real monster truck from 5:30-7 p.m. the day of the show or after the show. There will be a meet-and-greet with drivers from 5:30-6:30 p.m., too.


Magic Valley Stampede PRCA Rodeo. Aug. 31-Sept. 2 in the Shouse Arena. This three-day event features Top 20 PRCA and WPRA contestants, bucking stock, specialty acts, and a giant video replay/scoreboard.


The Mighty Thomas Carnival. 3-11 p.m. Aug. 30-Sept. 1, noon to midnight Sept. 2-3, noon-9 p.m. Sept. 4. The Thomas Carnival was founded in 1928 by Art B. Thomas in Lennox, South Dakota. Since then, it has provided clean, safe, and wholesome family entertainment for hundreds of thousands of fun-seekers.


Trace Adkins. 8 p.m. Sept. 3. Trace Adkins’ trademark baritone has powered countless hits to the top of the charts and sold over 10 million albums.
