This year, Savor Southern Idaho features nine dishes from chefs at Jaker’s, CSI Culinary Program, Elevation, Cactus Pete’s Resort & Casino, Blu, Twin Falls Brickhouse, Falls Brand, Le Bridge Catering, Daisy’s and cheese from Glanbia. People can eat all the samples they want to get the full culinary experience.

As for wines, Crossings will be offering their 2014 Cabernet Franc, along with three other wines, and Holesinskys and Magic Valley Brewing will provide a sampling of their homegrown drinks and beer. Jerome Farmers Market will provide Lavender Lemonade. Have you tried that?
The Barking Owls, all of whom grew up in the local area, will play live music with their authentic blend of folk, pop, rock, alt-country and bluegrass.
Southern Idaho Tourism has teed up some nice live and silent auction items, too, including an overnight snowcat skiing/snowboarding trip at Soldier Mountain and a number of outdoor recreation trips in the region.
