Camas County Rodeo
July 13 -14. C Me Later Arena, Fairfield. There’s nothing small about the grit and show of this rodeo. Come see the ICA/IMPRA/ProWest co-sanctioned action.
Lincoln County Fair and Rodeo
July 21-29. 401-449 S. Carmen Street, Shoshone. This fair and rodeo has it all — everything from old-fashioned horse pulls to a PRCA rodeo to a ninja warrior competition.
Minidoka County Fair
July 30-Aug. 4. 85 E. Baseline Road, Rupert. Experience chariot races, the rodeos, carnival and horse races, animal shows, antique tractor pulls, and a good, old-fashioned fair atmosphere.
Cassia County Fair and Rodeo
Aug. 11-18. 1101 Elba Avenue, Burley. One of Cassia County’s most cherished and celebrated events, this fair features rides, livestock exhibits, cotton candy — and a fine rodeo. The rodeo comes complete with a kids’ night, family night, and motorcycle and ATV competitions.
Gooding Pro Rodeo
Aug. 16-18. 201 Lucy Lane, Gooding. This award-winning rodeo transforms the small city of Gooding into a cowboy mecca thanks to a roster of world-class talent, including more than a 100 competitors who have been national finalists or world champions. Thousands of people turn out not just for the rodeo, but for the fair that accompanies it, along with the 4-H and FFA market animal sale. If you’re looking for a true Western fair and rodeo, Gooding is your place.
Jerome County Fair and Rodeo
Aug. 7-11. 205 N. Fir Street, Jerome. This old-time county rodeo features fair classics — 4-H livestock shows, a parade, food vendors, a hypnotist — and some of the best rodeo in Southern Idaho. This year, entertainer Jessie G (who has been touring with country favorite Gretchen Wilson) will take things up a notch with a one-night-only concert.
Twin Falls County Fair and Magic Valley Stampede
Aug. 29-Sept. 3. 215 Fair Avenue, Filer. Monster trucks, classic country, and a fast-paced rodeo: It’s all at this Magic Valley celebration. Check out traditional fair competitions, test your skills on the fairway, and watch the cowboys and cowgirls risk it all during the PRCA rodeo.
