Elizabeth Thomas, Southern Idaho native, attended Boise State University in Boise, Idaho.
Thomas currently lives in the beautiful Hagerman Valley, with her husband and two children,
and is the Executive Director of the Jerome Chamber of Commerce.
Thomas started her professional career in 1993 as a Paralegal with Boise based law firm, Moffatt, Thomas, Barrett, Rock & Fields, Chtd.
A career change in 1999 involved her in Marketing with the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce.
In 2000, her husband’s career transferred their family, home, to the Magic Valley.
Elizabeth currently plays an active role in the Jerome area in economic and community development,
recreation and tourism. She is active in the Jerome Gem Community Team; the Downtown Jerome Merchants Association; Jerome Rotary Club; and the Jerome Recreation District Advisory Board.
She is also a member of Who’s Who Among American Business Professionals; the Gooding Basque Associationand the Idaho Wine Growers Association.

Shawn Barigar is President/CEO of the Twin Falls Area Chamber of Commerce.
When he's not working to enhance economic vitality and quality of life in the community,
Shawn enjoys exploring the natural beauty of South Central Idaho with his wife, Camille,
and sons Brock (age 8) and Xander (age 3). Family-oriented outings include hiking the
extensive developed trails, picnicking in the parks, camping and fishing,
and float trips on the Snake River
